Payment for services rendered by AGTC is due upon completion of the project, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Detailed payment schedules will be outlined in the contract.

4. Limitation of Liability

AGTC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our services. AGTC’s liability is limited to the amount paid by the client.

5. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Armenia.
